Sketchbook - Kilrathi redesign

One of my good friends is running a sci-fi roleplaying game, in which an alien race based very much on the Kilrathi from the Wing Commander games take part. However, lately he's begun to refine the whole setting as a first step towards making the game available commercially. And so he needs to get rid of the more obvious steals from other places and thus make the whole setting his own, so to speak. For that purpose we had ourselves a very nice afternoon trying to give the good ol' Kilrathi a makeover, to make them something unique, yet still retain their old feline characteristics. This is the sketch we decided on in the end.
