More experimentation in Painter...I think I'm figuring out how to use it. It's a lot different from Photoshop. Need to rewire your entire way of painting. Very interesting experience.

lovely :) looking now at these painter practices of yours, i think you'll be getting along just fine with painter ;)
if you want to se how some other people do it, anry has a few scripts on his site you can download. it's basically like watching him paint, i saw two and was just :jawdrop: also helps a lot ;)
hehe, i've been using painter for about a year now and still have tons to learn,but it's all fun ;)

Well, I think your experiment succeeded! I love the pock-marked texture you got on his nose. The only tiny crit is that he's just a bit dark. You might want to add a few bright highlights on his armor, etc. But this still rocks.

but the nose is kinda.. lets say... strange
butt I guess its supposed to be this way
anyway much better then I could do in photoshop ^_^
