This is a Chrysalid Warrior, of the race (or rather faction) of warrior women called Sekekers. Chrysalids are chosen at a young age primarily because of their extraordinarily good looks, and are then trained to perfection in armed and unarmoured combat...because their offensive strategy is to simply stun their primarily male enemies with their looks before simply charging in and slitting their throats. This image depicts what is normally the last thing one sees before metting an all too untimely death.

Painted in Photoshop CS, using my trusty old Wacom and about 8 hours.
I used a shot of the gorgeous ~ SelinaEnriquez for the basis of the face (or more specifically, this shot: [link]) , the rest is 100% drawn and painted from scratch.
