yes, make him crouch as possibly low to the ground as you can for one frame, then put him in the air. squash and stretch............................. yup yup. also, as he begins his running, i would have more head movement. should bob more, will make it more dynamic, less static. good stuff.

As some other people have mentioned, when he 'jumps' it just looks like he floats away half way through a step. You need to have him bend his knees before he jumps so that he can SPRING up and away!
